There is lots of great horse riding country around Mansfield. The best way to see the best and to learn more about the heritage of horseman of the Mansfield High Country is to join one of the organised horse riding tour groups. Bookings can be made at the High Country Apparel shop.
	While riding, walking of four wheel driving in the High Country, you will sooner or later come across one of the many huts in the area and there's a good chance you might even meet a group of local horsemen and cattlemen who usually need little prompting to begin reminiscing about their experiences.
