If bushwalking is your thing, head for The Grampians. It
is one of Victoria's, and perhaps Australia's most exciting bushwalking
destinations with hundreds of kilometres of walking tracks ranging from easy
to difficult. Pictured is a bushwalker quenching her thirst at Venus Baths. |

Travel Tip |
|
|
If you are in Horsham with time to spare, you won't do
better than to take a circuit drive through the wonderful Grampian Ranges.
From Horsham follow the back road through Wartook and then across the ranges
to Halls gap. Along the way you will pass Mackenzie Falls and some great
lookouts. The Grampians National Park is one of the best natural attractions in Australia with rugged, rocky mountains and escarpments. This photo is of the spell-binding Mackenzie Falls. |
