on the Western Highway (Ballarat bound) between Melbourne and Ballarat being
the only roadhouse and MacDonalds Cafe on the freeway part of the highway. Call in for a car and/or personal refuel and while you are there check out the variety of touring maps they have on their map stand. |

Why go to Central Australia for scenery such as this. All you need to do is locate Glenmore Road, off the Ballan to Geelong Road, and follow it through the Parwan Creek Valley to Bacchus Marsh. You won't be disappointed by the scenery and .... watch out for the first descent into the valley -- it's a beauty! |
