Map Numbering System

In this example, '4167 COUCHMAN' is the 1:100,000 scale map. This map covers the same area as four 1:50,000 scale maps.

The 1:100,000 scale map is divided into four equal quarters. Each quarter is numbered clockwise from 1 to 4.
