Rooftop's Adventure Maps are published at a scale of 1:100,000 and include a variety of road and track classifications, camping and visitor facility symbol, fishing spots and GPS co-ordinates. Most, if not all, 4WD and motorbike tracks in the map area are shown. All maps have been thoroughly field checked using GPS technology. |
The Forest Activities maps are 1:50,000 scale enlargements of popular areas within the 1:100,000 map sheet areas. Most of the 1:50,000 scale maps include contours as well as all the features of the 1:100,000 scale maps. The print is much larger than the 1:100,000 series for ease of reading. |
The Bush Huts series features a selection of the best refuge and cattlemen's huts in popular hiking and 4WD regions. The huts are plotted on an extract from an appropriate larger map in the Rooftop series. There is a colour photograph of each hut and brief details of its origin. |
