Mapping Victoria's Parks & Forests

Meridian Publications are a fairly new mapping firm with an aim to produce high quality maps of various Victorian parks and regions.

The maps in the parks series to date reflect a high degree of research and accuracy in roads, 4WD tracks, walking tracks visitor facilities and background snippets of information. They also include contours and distances along main roads and tourist routes. A selection of suggested walks are briefly described with estimated distances and times.

Covering the Little Desert, Big Desert, Wyperfeld, Hattah Lakes, Sunset Country, Lindsay Island and the Murray River between Mildura and Loxton. Roads and Four Wheel Drive Tracks, Tourist Information and Facility Symbols. This is the ideal map for exploring this region.

Wombat State Forest 4WD Map

This is a terrific 4WD and touring map of the popular state forest area north-west of Melbourne. The map includes good road and track information, facility symbols, GPS co-ordinates and contours.

The Wombat State Forest and Otways CDs are compatible with moving map software such as OziExplorer, TrackRanger and GPSy. The Victoria's Deserts CD is only compatible with Ozi Explorer.
