The NSW series of Metallogenic Maps are colour-coded basic geological maps drawn over grey topographic data.

Coloured symbols relate to mineral deposits - the larger the symbol -- the higher is the   economic value of the deposit.

i.e.: Gold deposits are shown in yellow.

Each deposit is cross-indexed numerically to a list of mines in the margin.

Statistical detail of each mine can be found in the Mine Data Sheets.
