HOW TO ORDER AN ITEM FROM A LOCAL RETAILER:

Instructions
to customer (a) Print a copy of the page containing the item description including price.
(b) Print a copy of this page containing instructions to retailers.
(c) Check our retailers list for a retailer near you. or alternatively, take the two printed pages to your nearest map seller, newsagent, bookseller or camping store
(d) Ask if they will order it in for you.
(e) Pay the retailer for the $ RRP plus a handling fee shown below and ask for a receipt:
Handling Fees Up to $20.00 total value of order: Add $4.50* Over $20.00 total value of order: Add $9.00*
*Handling fee does not apply if the retailer has the item in stock. Express or urgent delivery will cost more.

Instructions to retailers Your customer has found an item on our web site that they would like to purchase from you.
To order the item from A.B.C. Maps: (a) Collect payment for the $ RRP of the products being ordered plus the handling fee shown in the previous column. (b) Fax the item description with an order or letterhead containing your postal address and contact details, or advise us by phone or email (for use by retailers only): Fax: 03 5964 6167 phone: 03 5964 7011 email: abcmaps@westnet.com.au .
Existing
account-holders We will dispatch the item direct to you within 24 hours of receiving your order, or we will advise you if there is a problem.
Non
account-holders If you do not have an existing account with A.B.C. Maps, we must receive payment before shipping the goods. We will return fax an invoice for payment at a trade rate with payment options (including bank details), or advise you if the item is not available.
Once payment is received, the item will be sent to the retailer via Australia Post for collection by your customer. |
